Yes. Data roaming must be enabled for the eSIM to work. To avoid extra charges, disable roaming on your home SIM. You can find this setting under Settings > Cellular > Data Roaming.
Yes. iPhones can store up to 10 eSIMs and Android devices 5–7, but only one or two eSIMs can be active at the same time.
No. Each eSIM can only be used on one device and cannot be shared between multiple phones.
No. An eSIM can only be installed once and cannot be reinstalled or transferred to the same phone or to another phone.

Yes. You can request a refund from the My eSIMs page if the eSIM is unused (not activated). Refunds are processed instantly on our end, but may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
Yes. The eSIM must be activated within 179 days of purchase or it will become invalid. Please note that the plan validity starts when the eSIM is activated on your device, not from the purchase date.
